Coaching and rewards
Coaching closes the loop on safety scoring: a confirmed event or a worsening score becomes a concrete session assigned to a driver, and the rewards program supplies a positive counterweight — points and badges for good outcomes, not just consequences for bad ones.
Who it's for
The safety manager assigns and closes coaching sessions and grants rewards; the fleet manager and organization administrator hold the same permissions. The dispatcher, compliance officer and executive see the session list and reward history, without the right to manage them. A driver sees only their own coaching sessions and their own reward balance.
Assigning and closing sessions
You assign a coaching session to a driver with a topic, an optional due date and a note — you can link it to a specific safety event or leave it as a general session. Confirming a high- or critical-severity event opens a session automatically (at most one per event), so serious events always get a scheduled conversation before anyone has to think to arrange it. You close a session with a completion note — closing is an explicit action that can later be lined up against how the driver's score moved.
AI-generated recaps
Every week, the system drafts a short AI-generated recap for every driver with confirmed events in that period — grounded only in that driver's own confirmed events and their current score, written in the language the driver uses (Polish by default). The recap opens with positive reinforcement and cites specific events as evidence — it never invents incidents and never reaches beyond a single driver's data. It lands straight in a new coaching session, ready for a manager to review and close.
Rewards program
Drivers earn points for safe driving and milestones, and can also receive a recognition badge; points can be redeemed against partner rewards, which deducts them from the balance. Every entry in the reward ledger (a grant, a badge, a redemption) carries a reason and, for grants, who awarded it. The driver detail page and the fleet-wide view both show the current point balance and the full entry history.
In the background
Every Monday at 5:00 (after the previous night's score recompute), the system generates weekly AI recaps for drivers with confirmed events in that period. Confirming a high- or critical-severity event opens a coaching session immediately, independent of that weekly cycle.
