Console overview
The web console is the main workspace for every role except driver and technician (they work mainly from the mobile app). Once signed in you get a left navigation rail with the fleet modules and a top bar with the organization switcher and notifications — which modules you see depends on your roles.
Who this is for
Anyone signing in to the web console who wants to get their bearings quickly. For how roles unlock which modules, see Roles and permissions.
Choosing an organization
After signing in, you pick the active organization from the ones you belong to. The console switches between organizations without signing out — every view shows data for the currently selected organization only, and your choice is remembered across sessions.

The side navigation groups the fleet modules in the same order this documentation covers them:
- Vehicles and assets — vehicle records, non-vehicle assets and duty-cycle profiles, fleet utilization, documents, and telematics/onboard-device data. See Vehicles, Assets and duty cycles, Documents, and Telematics.
- Maintenance and inspections — work orders, preventive and predictive maintenance, DVIR inspections and reports. See Work orders and Inspections and DVIR.
- Drivers and safety — driver records, safety events and scoring, coaching and reward programs. See Drivers and Safety events and scoring.
- Dispatch — job planning, routes, and driver messaging. See Planning.

- Fuel and EV — conventional fuel plus EV charging and battery health. See Fuel and EV and energy.

- Notifications — the bell icon in the top bar opens the notification center from any view in the console. See Notification center.

Behind the scenes
The set of visible modules and the actions available in them is worked out automatically from the roles on your membership in the active organization — there is nothing extra to turn on. Switching the active organization in the top bar can therefore also change which modules you see, if your roles differ between organizations.
